I'm giving it four stars because the pizza is good. I feel respect and compassion for the elderly lady who works on the pizza. But it's not good. It's illegal not to have a menu. Customers should know the cost of services and products before ordering. It's a clever move by the manager to give you a surprise on your bill at the end of the meal. Receipts should definitely be checked. Every business owner has the right to set their prices, but customers have the right to know how much they're spending or decide to get up and leave. Being taken for a ride is very annoying. I had the experience; it could have been the best pizza in the world, but I'll never go back. There are much more honest places out there...at the same level of quality.
