Pizzeria Capriccio In Monsano

First time in this pizzeria thanks to the suggestion of a friend of mine... I have to thank him sincerely because the pizza is truly fantastic! Lovely atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely return with other friends too, I really had a great time!

One of the best pizzas if not the best in Vallesina!

5 stars well deserved. Small but very nice and welcoming place. Excellent pizza, nothing to complain about. Excellent quality/price ratio. The only negative note: since the kitchen is "open" you leave with clothes that smell of food but it is an inconvenience that can be overlooked considering everything else.

My pizza did not satisfy me, good but too much, definitely too much tomato sauce which prevented the pasta from cooking, and then slices of truffle which tasted of nothing. My companions had different pizzas, and they liked them; I must have been unlucky!

Suitable environment for a dinner with friends, pizza for all tastes, from traditional to gourmet. The standard is pizza with the crust, but if you want it without they'll make it for you. Excellent craft beers. Excellent fried tastings.

I went for dinner and had a very good time. In the indecision of choosing the pizzas I took the classic margherita and what can I say... really good. Light dough, really good seasoning. Intimate place, very nice I will come back for sure

L’ho definito il Bria delle Marche. Stile trattoria con tovagliette, l’impasto della pizza devo dire molto buono, ma secondo me per il posto e per una pizza spendere 16 euro (tipo la mare fuori) e’ davvero un’esagerazione, tenuto conto poi che vanno aggiunti 2 euro di coperto e altri 2 euro se vuoi un altro tipo di impasto ed ecco che, solo con la pizza (di dimensioni normali), arrivi a 20 euro (escluse bevande, antipasto e dolce). In media con 20 euro si prende un buon primo o un secondo. Per carità era buona (falla essere pure cattiva), ma ripeto, per il posto (in una frazione su strada provinciale, quindi non sei in un centro storico che giustifichi tale ricarico e per essere una pizzeria, e’ a mio avviso troppo cara). Olive ascolane buone circa 7/8 pezzi a porzione a 7 euro (prezzo giusto). Tutto buono (hamburger di Fassona con patatine a 15 euro, prezzo nella media, piadina con cotto e formaggio a 6,5 euro, Margherita baby 6 euro - va bene per bambini ci sta- eravamo 4 adulti e 3 bambini). Contesto solo che la pizza è troppo cara e personalmente non mi piace cenare con i turni stile mensa scolastica, tanto che al primo turno ci hanno detto che non garantivano l’ antipasto prima della pizza…Nel mio caso avendo preso una capricciosa “rivisitata” (15 euro) non sono stato contento di come fosse condita (mi aspettavo una capricciosa con qualcosa che mi stupisse ed invece l’ho trovata lontana dalla capricciosa e non mi ha stupito affatto. (Era una rossa con prosciutto cotto olive grattate, un carciofo sott’olio al centro e mozzarella a crudo messa sopra il prosciutto cotto).

Very good pizza, fresh ingredients. The only flaw was the service, which I found rushed and not very friendly. I understand the point about respecting the shift time and that you have to leave the table by 9.20, but removing the plates in a hurry, even when there is still food to finish on the table, I find it a bit disrespectful... considering that they were missing still 45 minutes before the end of the shift..

Dopo aver letto la recensione fatta dal gambero rosso sulla loro guida, ho voluto provare questa pizzeria e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Tantissime pizze con gusti particolari e ricercati, tantissime varietà di impasto, dalla classica tonda alla napoletana al padellino o pala romana, tutte buone e ben realizzate! Prezzi giusti per quello che abbiamo mangiato! Servizio veloce con personale gentile e attento!!! TORNERÒ SICURAMENTE!!
