Discovered thanks to the advice of a colleague, minimal but very pleasant environment, kind and impeccable service and the pizza guys, absolutely top in my opinion. I have eaten so many pizzas in my life, all over Italy believe me, I will definitely return to try other doughs and other types of cooking but I think it is the perfect candidate to climb to the top of the ranking of the best pizza I have eaten. I will confirm soon.

A pizzeria with Neapolitan learning in a farmhouse with a great outdoor space and games for children. The division into two groups for dinner is deleterious... a race not a dinner. From ordering to consumption. A pizza with an immense crust even in the baby.... Given the small size there is very little in the center. Dinner in a covered shed with no air exchange, with extreme confusion and heat. Too bad. Great potential poorly exploited.

Pizza good enough, they have a very varied pizza menu with prices ranging from 10 to 16 euros. Quick in service. Minimal and essential but well-kept environment. They don't have many seats but they have plenty of private parking. All things considered, the prices in my opinion are slightly above average and the pizzas, alas, disappointed me a bit, I wouldn't go back.

The Pizzeria Capriccio in Monsano offers a contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza, characterized by a high and soft crust, obtained thanks to a well-worked and long-rising dough.
The attention to the raw material is one of the strong points of the place. Excellent ingredients are used here, from tomatoes to dairy products, to oils and condiments. The menu is extensive, with a variety of pizzas ranging from the great classics to more innovative proposals.
The service is fast, with friendly staff attentive to customer needs.

The pizza is beautifully seasoned and has a fat edge despite the dough remaining rather thin in the centre. The difficult thing is to choose one because they are all very original and appetizing. The dough is incredibly digestible

First time in this pizzeria thanks to the suggestion of a friend of mine... I have to thank him sincerely because the pizza is truly fantastic! Lovely atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely return with other friends too, I really had a great time!

5 stars well deserved. Small but very nice and welcoming place. Excellent pizza, nothing to complain about. Excellent quality/price ratio. The only negative note: since the kitchen is "open" you leave with clothes that smell of food but it is an inconvenience that can be overlooked considering everything else.
