Pizzeria Calcandola In Sarzana

Sono stato in questo locale con mia moglie e mio figlio, abbiamo mangiato nei tavolini esterni, sulla piazza, atmosfera piacevole.. il servizio è stato attento e svelto, personale gentile e cortese. Abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina con contorno di patate al forno e cipolle in agrodolce, la bistecca (circa 1,5 kg) era tenerissima e saporita, servita su pietra ancora rovente per chi volesse cuocerla di più... comunque era talmente tenera che era perfetta anche al sangue. Patate al forno buonissime, al posto del pane ci hanno portato una focaccia cotta al forno squisita, impasto leggero, se tanto mi dà tanto anche le pizze saranno buonissime, torneremo di certo per assaggiarle. Conto onesto. Una cosa migliorabile la proposta dei dessert, magari inserire qualche dolce fatto in casa...per il resto piacevole scoperta, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

About a month ago I called to book a table for last night July 21st for the concert in the square of my hometown Sarzana. The very kind and helpful owner immediately tells me that they are under new management and in addition to pizza they also offer meat and explains their menu to me a little. Last night around 8pm we were in the restaurant, they welcomed us and the owners immediately asked who had made the telephone reservation, I introduced myself and he told me to sit down, we had to tell you something... well my friends and I couldn't believe our eyes, they arrived with a magnum of prosecco to reward us, we were the first customers to book with their new management!!!! Guys, what can I say, we were left speechless...a beautiful gesture and not at all obvious!! The evening went very well, very good pizza and super desserts..very nice location with outdoor tables in the charming town square. What can I say, congratulations guys, thank you so much for the welcome!! Good luck and see you soon to taste your meat!!

We enjoyed an excellent pizza, the service was excellent despite the place being full, then the location was excellent in the central square of Sarzana to spend an evening with friends.

New Management Under New Management

The restaurant has reopened under new management and is now a pizzeria and steakhouse. Being vegetarian we tried the pizzas, really good, light and tasty, with excellent leavening and therefore digestible. The desserts are also good. We saw that the people who chose the meat were very satisfied. Had dinner in the square in front of the restaurant, nice environment and friendly and quick staff. We will definitely be back

Just tried the new management with a group of friends, excellent meat, delicious pizza and an interesting cellar of reds. The service and prices are also excellent. We will be back as soon as possible!

Very very good experience, extremely fast and efficient service, surely one of the best addresses I have had the opportunity to try.
