Beautiful and very welcoming place. Specialty steaks, fillet steak, and T-bone steak, perfectly cooked. Very knowledgeable staff, always smiling and very efficient, as is the owner. Highly recommended.

I went to dinner with friends on Saturday night for the first time, and I have to say we were satisfied. The appetizers were good, the meat was excellent, and the prices reflect the quality of the food served. Another positive aspect is definitely the staff: knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A truly fantastic experience!! Core d'Zia is a top-notch grill restaurant. We had a 1.400kg steak. Amazing: so tender, it literally melted in your mouth like butter. The appetizers were also superb, especially the porcini mushroom carpaccio and the sweet and sour onion. The service was impeccable; the waitress was extremely kind and attentive, and she looked after us every step of the way throughout the meal. I was truly impressed, highly recommended!! Amazing staff, ambiance & food! We had dinner at the restaurant side, and drinks afterwards on the bar side. Since we like the meat well done, they brought us a hot plate slab to our table to continue the cooking temperature to our liking. The entrée of local Campobassan cheeses and cured meats is a must! Loved the carpaccio and beef tartare. Side dish of potatoes was delicious as well as the lamb skewers. The staff was so welcoming and gracious. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

The atmosphere is very nice. The food, obviously in my opinion, is overrated, decent but not exceptional. The waitresses are constantly circulating but I don't quite understand why... Personally, I wouldn't go back.
