Excellent service: staff always attentive to the customer, helpful and friendly.
Each of them makes sure that every single customer is satisfied, that the dish is appreciated, that there is never a shortage of bread, drinks or various condiments. They may seem like nonsense, but they make a difference. You are literally "pampered".
The carpaccios are the best I have ever eaten, without any kind of exaggeration. Although I have also tried some elsewhere, they are nowhere near the quality of Cora d'Zia.
As for meat, they are the masters! Able to recommend the best type based on your tastes, even before serving it ad hoc. So tender that it melts in your mouth, try it to believe it.
Going to Cora d'Zia is now a guarantee, the sure hit of every evening. I highly recommend it!

We ordered 1 kg of meat at the price of €8 per hectogram. We were informed that, due to cutting issues, it was possible to prepare only 700 grams of that meat, and that the remaining part would be compensated with another quality, again at the price of €8 per hectogram.
Upon delivery, however, we received 1.4 kg of meat divided as follows:
- 800 grams of a third quality of meat, different from that agreed upon as a replacement, with a price of €14 per hectogram which we discovered only at the time of the bill;
- 600 grams of the meat initially chosen.
The problem is that we expected the replacement meat to have a price similar to that initially agreed (€8 per hectogram), but this was not the case. This lack of price transparency has compromised the relationship of trust with the customer.
The quality of the meat was unquestionably excellent, but transparency and respect towards the customer are essential. In the event of modifications or replacements, it would have been correct to clearly communicate the new prices to avoid misunderstandings and guarantee a relationship of trust.
The total cost for 2 people was €186, including meat, a carpaccio, a sautéed chicory and a bottle of water.

I had the pleasure of having dinner recently at the Braceria "Cora d'Zia" and I can say that the experience was overall very positive. The star of the evening, of course, was the meat. We ordered a selection of grilled cuts and the quality was unquestionable: the meat was succulent, cooked to perfection and tasty as were the tartare and carpaccio, unlike the picanha carpaccio which I personally wasn't crazy about. The wine list has a decent selection and for the price considering the raw materials you don't expect to spend a little!

I have been to this place several times and in different periods, always finding high customer attention. In fact, the quality of its meat and the products used is very high, as well as being able to choose the piece directly (possibly recommended by the owner).
Quiet and clean environment in the center of Campobasso, finding parking nearby is not always easy, but not impossible either.
The wine list is also recommended.
Prices slightly higher than average.

Discovered through Instagram, very nice place and very kind and knowledgeable staff, fabulous soup and pizza, perfect vegetables and meat... well I didn't have the opportunity but the view of the fridges is comparable to a jewelery shop. Oscar-worthy Molise cuisine. Compliments

Arrivato qui grazie ad un video di YouTube sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso. Antipasto ok , vino ok , bistecca cotta sopra il kilo ok. Se torno a Campobasso tappa perfetta

Sono stato per la prima volta in questo locale e devo dire che la qualità della carne è molto alta. Ottima cottura e contorni e soprattutto olio di oliva forte e robusto al punto giusto.
Proprietari simpatici. Da tornare per altri assaggi.
