The pinza must be nice and crunchy, otherwise it's just an oval-shaped pizza.
We've been here three or four times now and have noticed that the cooking and toppings of the pinza vary greatly. Although the quality of the ingredients is good, the pinza are sometimes over-seasoned and therefore soft, and other times they're cooked incorrectly.
The pinza should be slightly crispy and easier to digest than the pizza, but if you cook it incorrectly, the effect is the complete opposite.
The staff is very young and friendly. The menu is on QR code, but I didn't have any phone reception: the waitress was super kind and walked us through the menu... thank you!
The location is new and comfortable, very spacious with several working screens. There's a nice parking lot and you can also eat outside where they have tables for customers. Unfortunately, in the summer, there are plenty of mosquitoes both inside and out; it's recommended to bring bug spray.

I recently went there for a family reunion—not all of them, unfortunately, but a good portion (32 people). Even though the restaurant had two birthday parties at the same time, the wait wasn't long, and everyone ate well, including those with intolerances and celiac disease. They're very organized, even in this aspect, which is very important to us. The room they reserved for us by reservation was very nice. Since it's often crowded during dinner hours, it's difficult to find parking in the customer parking area, but we still managed to find a spot in the surrounding streets. We'll definitely be back! 😊👋🏻

Excellent pinsa. I had the zero-mile version, which I absolutely loved. The mozzarella was actually DOP buffalo mozzarella, and the cherry tomatoes were sweet too.
The other people I was with also thought their pinsas were fantastic. It's a place I'd definitely return to!
