It's a historic pizzeria I've known since I was a child; I go there for the local pizza. However, I understand the tight preparation schedule, but all the ingredients should always be specified (piazza con i peperoni = Pizza with peppers and salami).

The pizza is amazing, the crust is crispy, and the paesana with fresh tomatoes 🍅 is fantastic. Highly recommended. You can write your order on the bread roll yourself, which is also a cool idea.

Blumen Pizzeria is a great option for those who want to eat pizza in San Giovanni Rotondo. The pizzeria is very old and very traditional, the prices are good, the service is also good. The menu features the most traditional flavors of Italy. The pizza has a thin and crispy crust and no edges. It's worth it! The pizza they make is a Roman style pizza!

12/10/2025: We didn't stay overnight, but we had two lovely dinners at the restaurant. The service was very attentive and super friendly. All four menus were delicious. We finished with an excellent limoncello and a delicious cake with divine mascarpone cream. We would gladly come back anytime.

First time staying at this hotel... strategic location, the focal point and the most central location ever... comfortable, simple, and clean room with a sea view... the smile, kindness, and speed of Mrs. Elena who served us... breakfast fit for a king and everything authentic... the owner, Mrs. Vittoria, is truly one of a kind... delicious traditional dishes to taste... In short, if you come to Peschici, stay at CELESTINA...

The rooms are modern, meticulously designed, and furnished with impeccable taste: you immediately feel a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to help and offer excellent advice. A place that combines comfort, elegance, and hospitality: highly recommended!

The fish, always incredibly fresh, shone in every dish, with the raw fish leaving me speechless. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, for his passion and the unique atmosphere he creates. Kudos also to Stefano, Francesca, Angelo, and Stefhi for their professionalism and warmth. The service was impeccable, precise, and never intrusive.
