It's a historic pizzeria I've known since I was a child; I go there for the local pizza. However, I understand the tight preparation schedule, but all the ingredients should always be specified (piazza con i peperoni = Pizza with peppers and salami).

The pizza is amazing, the crust is crispy, and the paesana with fresh tomatoes 🍅 is fantastic. Highly recommended. You can write your order on the bread roll yourself, which is also a cool idea.
