Pizzeria Blum In Volterra

Lovely place with truly beautiful views of the bay and attentive service. I had their vegetarian tasting menu. The canapés were my favourite, other dishes were ok but I would not go back for it again.

The dinner i had. Me and my partner had amazing evening, every thing was just on the spot. The vibe and atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, the stuff are amazing people they are very nice and caring. But the food, Wow the food is just on another level , every taste were mind blowing. Each course were done with a lot of thought and love and skill. The lemon pre dessert just gave me shivers.

Great menue and awesome service

We just spent a wonderful evening at the Blum restaurant with my partner for her birthday. The charm of the place captivated us from the moment we walked through the door. We were guided, accompanied, and greeted by all the staff we met on the way to our table. A small, secluded kiosk with the most beautiful view of the beach, the atmosphere was superb, with the moon, the sound of the waves, and the music in the warm late-evening air. Everyone is perfect; rigor and excellence are the hallmarks of this restaurant. The dishes are exquisite, finely crafted, and expert advice allowed us to enjoy a fabulous wine. We had to leave early because a bus was early, and the staff still allowed us to enjoy the birthday cake by preparing one... with a candle. We left sad not to be able to enjoy the end of what was supposed to be a wonderful evening. Thank you thank you thank you, GRAZIE ❤️

We went out for dinner at Blum last night. Too bad we can't give 10 stars. All dishes are well thought out and you can taste it! The service and knowledge of the wines is excellent. We can't stop talking about it ;)!
