I decide to eat a pizza late! And I'm looking for a restaurant near home, I call to place the order and the clerk kindly tells me that it's about to close but proceeds with the order anyway which arrived at my house, hot and the pizza was of excellent quality, good ingredients and I saw that it was carefully prepared. A casual stop for a pizza and a puccia but it wasn't a puccia as it is understood in Puglia, it was a heated sandwich. The thing that just can't be seen in 2024 is the use of shredded mozzarella for pizzas. The most renowned places around the world have been using fresh mozzarella for years and the cost is the same, even in Taranto. A little more expensive from Rome to go up north. Honestly I will choose other places
