26/12/2024: A classic venue with a rich history, now in its second generation, that has aged gracefully while undergoing a slight transformation. Once a true Venetian trattoria, it has evolved into a restaurant with higher aspirations, a change not everyone might appreciate, accompanied by a modest increase in prices. Nonetheless, everything here is simply excellent. The freshly made tagliatelle, prepared right in front of the diners, is a highlight, as are the traditional Venetian dishes. The ragù, whether “alla Giovanni” or with duck, is authentic and flavorful. If you’re lucky, you might catch the slow-roasted veal shoulder cooking over an open hearth. Seasonal specialties like Treviso radicchio are a must-try. I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and it’s always a joy to return.

27/11/2024: Typical country restaurant suitable for Sunday lunches. The environment is well looked after. The traditional dishes are good, the first courses are worth trying. The service is attentive. The bill is correct.
