For many years, I can confirm that it's the best, not just in Bologna. Trying is believing.

I discovered this pizzeria by chance, strolling through the streets of Bolognina; looking at the pizzas they served, they seemed "interesting." I decided to give it a try. It was a pleasant confirmation: excellent pizza! A rare commodity in Bologna... The menu focuses on pizzas, which for me is a guarantee. I prefer those who offer quality over quantity; it's better to focus on the raw ingredients! Light and highly digestible dough. Quality ingredients. My requests (not overcooked pizza and a few extras) were promptly addressed. Quick service. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff (an added bonus). The price is appropriate for the high quality of the ingredients and in line with most pizzerias in Bologna (which, however, don't offer the same products). The location made me feel at ease; I appreciate the neighborhood and the street isn't very busy. Thank you, I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely devine pizza. Light and fluffy dough, super fresh ingredients. Baked to a leopard spotted perfection. Would definitely recommend to go.

One of the best pizzas. Cacio e peppe with lemon zest was absolutely delicious. Service was great, wine matched perfectly with the pizza. If you want an authentic Italian experience, you just have to visit. I don't understand the complaints about the prices, because prices are absolutely fair.
