Pizzeria Bianco Farina In Bologna

I am increasingly convinced that you can eat the best pizza in Bologna and beyond!! One of my favorites is the gourmet Sciacca with yellow cherry tomatoes, anchovies, olives and capers, but I have tried almost all of them and they are amazing, light dough, you would want to eat two!!! The prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients and in line with the prices around. Pasquale Penne, who I have come to know well over the years, together with his partner, put their heart and soul into making such good and light dough!!

Excellent pizza with high quality raw materials, you can feel it in the flavour. price in line with the quality eaten. Obviously the prices are well written on the internet. If you don't want to spend 17 euros on a pizza, you should go elsewhere because a pizza here starts at €9.50.

La pizza era davvero buona e ben condita. L’impasto era molto leggero, non appesantiva per niente. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo!

Il gazebo dehors aumenta la capacità dei tavoli per i clienti di questa piccola pizzeria in via Zampieri 36/d a Bologna. Si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza Lucio Dalla e dall'uscita della stazione Bologna centrale dell'alta velocità. Il piccolo e semplice interno è arredato con tono moderno. Servizio attento e veloce. Numerose e varie le proposte ,con impasti, lievitazioni e condimenti di elevate qualità. Scelte: Margherita tradizionale extra Birra Dolomite alla spina Crème Caramel Pizza di dimensioni giuste, sottile e morbida con cornice, passata di pomodoro, origano, mozzarella, capperi e basilico ,davvero eccellente cosi come la cottura. Semplicità e gusto si fondono in unica esperienza. Ottima sorpresa il dolce a cucchiaio. Prezzi corrispondenti alla qualità offerta. Bravi davvero!
