WHEN THE APPRENTICE OUTSTANDS THE MASTER I was craving a pizza capricciosa (a typical Italian pizza) and decided to stop by Benfatto. To my surprise, I found Riccardo overseeing the pizza preparation (he's usually busy in the sandwich department). Well, what can I say... when they say the apprentice outshines the master! The pizza was truly delicious, well-topped, and above all, meticulously crafted, from the baking to the light dough. Kudos to the entire Benfatto staff for the quality and passion evident in every dish!

There were about 15 of us who ordered. Everyone really enjoyed the food. I highly recommend it. We ordered on-site.
