Very good pizza, very light, easily digestible

Attracted by the excellent reviews, we booked a table for two at this pizzeria for 8:00 PM. The location has about 10 tables on the outdoor terrace, some of which are really jammed together. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the service is slow. I understand the workload; I just think a little more organization is needed, because you can't wait 45 minutes for two pizzas. Of course, we were on vacation and weren't in a rush; they certainly aren't used to making people wait that long, but when there's a lot of work, you need to optimize everything, especially with takeout. Otherwise, the pizza is excellent, and the ingredients are high-quality, so I'd definitely go back. Another small tip I'd like to give is to clean the neon lights under the wooden structure outside.

Everything was great, from the staff to the food. The ZueCotto pizza is fabulous! I'll definitely be back.

I recommend the MAREMMANA pizza! One of the best things I've ever eaten! It'll be my annual go-to every time I return to Maremma!
