Ottima pizza napoletana. Ho provato una "verace" con solo pomodoro mozzarella e foglie di basilico fresco. Cotta bene con forno a legna. Impasto leggero e digeribile.
Utilizzano prodotti del territorio come salsiccia Zoia e salami Taccalite.
Un po' scomodo che per ordinare il cliente deve fare da solo tramite cellulare come fosse un e-commerce.
Servizio di prenotazione tramite sito comodo ma purtroppo con disponibilità solo degli orari 19:30 o 21:30.
Servizio gentile.

Very good Neapolitan pizzeria with a wide variety of pizzas to choose from. Excellent craft beer, the desserts are good. The prices are medium to high and you need to book to be sure of finding a seat. The place is well-kept and clean. I will return.

The pizza dough is very good and is probably a second generation dough (pre-fermentation and leavening). The cavities of the cornice are as high as Neapolitan pizza.
Without a doubt the best pizza in Ancona.
I was surprised by some gourmet pizzas that have combinations that left me perplexed. They also use fiordilatte from Agerola which is a guarantee of quality in addition to buffalo mozzarella.
As a Neapolitan I ate pammigiana which has interesting combinations.

La pizza ci é piaciuta tantissimo, ho provato l'impasto con i cereali, molto molto buono. Gli ingredienti sono di qualità, complimenti. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito in veranda è stato professionale gentile e simpatico allo stesso tempo. Bravi!
