In my opinion the pizza dough is heavy and "gingommosa"...

My gluten-free pizza completely raw.
The waiter service excellent, fast, very kind, helpful and attentive to customer requests.
Location normal... Cleanliness of the premises excellent.
I wouldn't go back just because I didn't like the pizza.
We celebrated my mother's birthday and we were able to bring our dog too.
Prices normal.

Purtroppo non veniamo spesso perché i prezzi sono troppo alti.
Sicuramente gli ingredienti utilizzati sono eccellenti, l’unica pecca che l’impasto rispetto a tempo fa ci è sembrato meno leggero e digeribile. Avete cambiato qualcosa o magari questa volta è riuscito “male”?

Cioè raga ma voi siete tipo il santo graal delle pizzerie, gli ultimi manipolatori dell'impasto veramente.
Roba grossa, una pizza così eccelsa la troverai in 50 posti in tutta italia a dir tanto.
Materie prime eccezionali, impasti fotonici, anche tutto il resto del menù spettacolo, servizio al top, bel locale spazioso.

Yes, gluten-free pizza is objectively good, but I have 3 small criticisms:
1) I have to choose it by 4pm, so if by chance I feel like wanting a different flavor as dinner time arrives... patience
2) I have a much more limited choice than "normal" pizzas: 46 normal pizzas versus 14 gluten-free
3) For the inconvenience I pay a considerable surcharge which starts from €3 (even for the more "basic" choices such as the pizza with only tomato which costs €8.50) but in the case of Norcia it even reaches €3.50.
I have always been celiac, I have lived in many cities, I know that gluten-free pizza requires separate spaces, ovens, ingredients and staff. Delicious gluten-free dough, but these aspects of gluten-free management are embarrassing.

Excellent pizzeria, Neapolitan style. Pizza with crust, excellent dough, lots of toppings. Correct cooking. The fried foods are also very good. Courteous and attentive service. Average prices for a good modern pizzeria. Advised. Parking.
