The best pizza in Bolsena. Very thin crust with fresh toppings. The desserts are also homemade and very tasty. The ambiance is terrible, but the food is very, very good. Unfortunately, there's no Italian beer; we had the choice between Belgian or Irish beer. Be sure to make a reservation; it's always full and frequented by many locals.

The pizza wasn't great. The pasta was worse. The service was good, the place was very nice. The desserts were very good. There was a large parking lot for 8 of us, and we spent €176 for appetizers, pizza, and dessert.

Wonderful place near Lake Bolsena, an unforgettable sunset, truly exceptional pizza, hamburgers with juicy and quality meat. Even the fried food was delicious. For beer lovers, the red Leffe has a perfect draft, you can tell they are not beers that have been there for months, even the Guinness is very good and creamy like in the best Irish pubs. The owner is also a musician and also plays Irish music. In short, really recommended!!

Ristorante Pizzeria La Ballaccia

01/09/2025: I've always eaten very well there. I've been back many times, and it's always lived up to my expectations. I recommend the steak, the white ragù, and the pizza.
25/08/2025: Located in the main square of San Martino al Cimino (like all the other places ☺️). Very friendly staff, very quick service, and a cool location in the summer. They also have a covered dining area in the basement, which I imagine is very useful in the winter. I've only tried the pizza, which was very tasty and easy to digest. The deconstructed tart with chantilly cream, berries, and crumble, served with dark chocolate fondue sauce, is definitely worth a try.
