Pizzeria Arizona In Padova

It's now become my local pizzeria. Every time I go, they're always very friendly. It's a pizzeria from the '80s. The best!

We've been going to this pizzeria in Padua for years. The quality is consistent and always excellent. Pizzas with consistently fresh, high-quality ingredients. A must-try. They're simply always kind and helpful. Quick to serve.

I remember that this pizzeria didn't particularly impress me during my first experience there, even though I'd heard very positive things about it. Although the '80s style did convey a sense of warmth and simplicity that I immediately found relaxing 😌, other things I didn't like. First of all, the wait times ⏳, as we waited quite a while for only three pizzas 🍕 (although I had no trouble understanding that on a Saturday, with the place full, it might not be easy to juggle this). I could then continue with the pizza (a carbonara 🥓 in my case), which was burnt 🔥 on the crust and not exactly "special" in taste (and I don't want to say bad, because it wasn't that, but anonymous, yes). Good prices and overall adequate service (wait times ⏳ excluded). Those who had been there several times before (especially during the week, when it was less crowded) said it usually went better, but my first experience was certainly not great. That said, everyone deserves a second chance, and indeed, things subsequently improved so much that it definitely made me reconsider the establishment. We returned recently and were definitely satisfied; my "Veneta" pizza with Asiago cheese, sopressa, and fried eggplant was delicious. The staff was always kind and friendly. Unfortunately, parking is at a minimum, so finding free parking spaces is often a problem. RECOMMENDED. Fantastic prices, very good pizza, and the staff was super friendly. I'm taking away one star because they told us they only had enough mozzarella for two pizzas (there were five of us), which I find a bit odd for a pizzeria. It's true that it was late (10:00 PM) and when we ordered a pizza with gorgonzola, it wasn't too noticeable. They told us about the mozzarella before we sat down, and we accepted, which is true. No problems there. Overall, a very good place.
