There were 4 of us. 3 were normal, 1 was celiac. I'm celiac, nothing to complain about, it was very good. We arrived at 9:30 PM, and by 10:30 PM nothing had arrived...very slow, and most importantly, they only had outdoor tables and it was freezing. The other 3 people liked the dough, but much less the toppings. The staff was friendly, except for the guy who served us with glasses, who was very nice and helpful.

Given that a bad day doesn't affect a team's work, and given that the staff was kind and professional, we had a very long wait, with one dish forgotten (unfortunately, it belonged to a little girl who ate at 10 PM!), the pizzas, in my opinion, are too "revisited," and despite the good dough, we didn't like them overall, and we waited over a quarter of an hour for three desserts and a coffee. The price, however, was absolutely reasonable.

Apogeo is amazing. Barbara is always available and so kind with our kids. They are also very flexible. The pizza is by far the best in the area. We come back every time we can!

There were two of us and we booked the 10:30 PM slot as it was the only available on August 12th.
The atmosphere was very beautiful and well-kept. We were seated immediately and within a few minutes we had ordered a crostone to share, which arrived after about 5-10 minutes, and two pizzas: a double-cooked regenerated fried pizza and an eggplant with Colonnata lard and provola.
The crostone was really good; the cheese melted in your mouth and was of excellent quality. The stracchino was creamy, and the cherry tomatoes had a strong flavor. We were happy with our choice.
The double-cooked regenerated fried pizza is beyond discussion...
Crunchiness that encapsulates melt-in-your-mouth quality combined with two sauces of yellow tomato and San Marzano, which effectively contrast with the crispy texture of the dough, all tied together with excellent buffalo mozzarella... the fried basil is the icing on the cake.
Eggplant, Colonnata Lard, and Provola Cheese This pizza, which should have made me appreciate the dough, in my opinion failed to do so.
They call it "contemporaneo," but in reality, there's not much air bubbles and it doesn't feel melting (you can see the structure in the last photo).
The cooking seemed a bit undercooked, but the large amount of eggplant on the tomato sauce certainly doesn't help, as it definitely soaks the pizza base. In this case, the lard covered it a bit, and the eggplant didn't provide the kick I expected. Personally, I wouldn't buy it again, but the ingredients are unquestionable.
The tiramisu was below my expectations; it was a bit disappointing, too much of a show.
The Bomboloncini were out of this world, starting with the truly soft and delicious dough, not to mention the three fillings (pistachio, cream, and chocolate), truly to die for.
The service was attentive; even when I asked for ice because the water was warm, it was brought promptly.
I'll be back to try the Margherita so I can better appreciate the dough.
Total cost, including still water and two bottles of Coke, was €71.

Very nice location, service a little slow but still friendly, pizza in my opinion is overrated, but probably worth trying the steamed one.

Pizza buonissima, servizio ottimo. Non all'altezza del locale la strada di accesso.
Peccato l'assenza della frutta nel menù.
Nel complesso esperienza da ripetere.
