The pinnacle of the world of gourmet pizza in Versilia and probably in Tuscany. Excellent doughs and excellent fillings. Friendly and helpful service even if sometimes a little long. Perhaps the place could use a refresh but I assure you it is worth a trip. Tasty desserts

An excellent choice for those looking for a gourmet pizza in a quiet and refined environment.

Un venerdì sera. Il locale si presenta su due livelli. La parte sotto un po’ confusa. La parte sopra piacevole anche se qualche grado in più non avrebbe guastato. Pizze ben fatte con ingredienti di qualità. Ottima la selezione delle birre. Promosso il panettone.

A fantastic pizza near the motorway exit I went to this pizzeria for dinner with my girlfriend on the occasion of my birthday. The restaurant is located near the "Versilia" motorway toll booth. Outside there is ample free parking for customers. The interior, divided over two floors, is furnished in a modern style with all the specialties and awards received by the pizzeria. We had the focaccia with mortadella as an appetizer. The salami was delicious and very tasty, the focaccia was excellent and balanced with the mortadella. Next I opted for an Apogeo pizza with raw Cinta Senese, Parmesan and rocket. I found the match perfect and very satisfying. To finish I had the pistachio, hazelnut and dark chocolate ice cream. I accompanied the dinner with a Forte beer made exclusively for the pizzeria. The prices are a little high but amply justified by the quality of the products. A recommended place for pizza lovers.

I tried this restaurant together with my boyfriend and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is located in a beautiful independent house with parking, not far from the center of Forte dei Marmi. We ordered a pizza and a focaccia, two desserts and two accompanying beers. The price is right for the raw material and for the commitment to creating new culinary creations. The raw material certainly differentiates this restaurant from others and makes it unique.

Sono stato in questa pizzeria per cena con la mia ragazza in occasione del mio compleanno. Il locale si trova vicino al casello autostradale "Versilia". All'esterno è disponibile un ampio parcheggio gratuito per i clienti. L'interno, diviso su due piani, è arredato in stile moderno con tutte le specialità e riconoscimenti ricevuti dalla pizzeria. Abbiamo preso la focaccia con mortadella come antipasto. II salume era buonissimo e molto gustoso, la focaccia era ottima e bilanciata per la mortadella. A seguire ho optato per una pizza Apogeo con crudo di cinta senese, Parmigiano e rucola. Ho trovato l'abbinamento perfetto e molto soddisfacente. Per chiudere ho preso il gelato al pistacchio, nocciola e cioccolato fondente. Ho accompagnato la cena con una birra del Forte realizzata in esclusiva per la pizzeria. I prezzi sono un po' alti ma ampiamente giustificati dalla qualità dei prodotti. Un locale consigliato per gli amanti della pizza.
