Pizzeria Antonio e Gigi Sorbillo In Napoli

I'm from Rome, I swear that every pizzeria I've ever tried in my life has never liked the Margherita, even on holidays... In short, every Margherita pizza I've ever eaten has never liked me... But when I went to Gino and Toto Sorblillo, I devoured the Margherita! Congratulations, you're magical.

Arm yourself with patience and wait your turn because the best pizza I've ever eaten is truly worth it!

It was clear that this was one of the most popular pizzerias in Naples. Immediately after opening, the place was already packed with people. The tables were packed tightly together. The pizza itself and the service were truly excellent. The only thing I wouldn't recommend was the fried calzone. The filling was mediocre at best.

All the tourists flocked to Sorbillo. Neapolitans too. The place was packed, and we got a table purely by luck. The service was decent, although the sheer number of customers was noticeable. The pizzas? Well, they're enormous; the entire thickness of the crust spills off the plate, which is larger than normal. Nothing extraordinary, they're tasty, but that's about it. The crust, which is usually undercooked, was left on the plate—mine and most of the others'. We've already tried the family's pizzerias. The price is like most Neapolitan pizzerias.

The food was AMAZING! and the service was super fast, the lady who served us was really helpful when we struggled to understand the menu, and when I got the bill I was amazed how cheap it was for

I’m quite disappointed with this place, really. We waited 40 min for seats (Saturday, 7pm). The pizza was average - not bad, but definitely not what all the hype sets you to expect. The Marinara pizza was so full of oregano, you could barely taste anything else, but we liked the Diavola. They offer everything, including pineapple and chocolate puzzas, which I do not find very authentic. Water was served in PLASTIC CUPS, and beer in wine glass??!! Not only that the whole Europe is trying to get rid of plastic, but a restaurant with such a setting not caring to give customers a regular glass? Bathroom was terrible and in high contrast with the main area too - felt like using public restroom at a metro station. The staff are everything else but nice and polite, and service is quite slow. Dining area is beautiful and cozy.

The pizzas are spectacular, keep in mind that it's a popular place and there's usually a queue, but it's worth it.

Dici Sorbillo e dici pizza. A Napoli sono un’istituzione, basta vedere la fila delle persone che aspettano un tavolo. Ottima pizza e ottimi gli ingredienti. Prezzi giusti e servizio ottimo

Pizza nella norma, un po’ gommosa rispetto le aspettative. Solo esteticamente molto bella. Ormai viaggiono i numeri e la qualità scende… personale molto scortese. Esteticamente la pizza migliore ma la più gommosa di Napoli
