One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Very authentic and a truly Italian place. This guy has probably been making pizzas for 70 years.

For dinner, we settled into this cozy pizzeria. The atmosphere was palpable as soon as we walked in: almost every table was full of locals. The aroma of fresh pizza... and the best part? You can actually see your pizza being prepared right there in front of you.
We decided to brush up on our Italian and order everything in Italian. The great thing is that the staff is just as enthusiastic: incredibly patient and smiling, they try to understand our random Italian words.
After dinner, we were treated to a (homemade?) strong drink. And when the bill arrived, we were amazed: €32 for two pizzas, a bottle of water, three glasses of wine, and the house shots. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food, warm hospitality, and a fair price.

The place is a dive back in time, perfectly in line with those who love Scanno. The atmosphere is familiar, of a rare warmth. The pizza is thin and crispy, of Roman inspiration: we loved it as a takeaway, for dinner on the lake.
They do not accept reservations, first come, first served. Good choice of beer and great courtesy.

Angelone's pizza is the lowest I've ever eaten. The dough is ultra light, barely a feather, the flavors are the real ones: the tomato is tasty and sweet, the mozzarella is a lady's mozzarella, in short, consider 2 or 3 pizzas each: I ate 2, I was thinking about the third, I won't hide it from you.
Final touch, the environment: in the end we found ourselves, as if at a dinner with friends, where we all talk together about this and that and even have a few laughs.
A unique and unobtainable experience.
