For me, and for all the people of Bologna since the 60s and 70s, Altero is a Tradition; like the Giant is Piazza Maggiore. It's been a while since I went, but the taste of eating his pizza has remained unchanged since I went for the first time, over 50 years ago!

26/04/2025: Beautiful restaurant offering numerous typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine. The crescentine and tigelle are really delicious! Generous portions. Excellent quality also for fried side dishes (such as chips and croquettes). The desserts (like the chocolate salami) are also really super. Very friendly staff and super fast service. Excellent value for money! I will definitely be back! Super!!

Pizzeria Il Brigante

25/05/2025: Pizzeria restaurant with seating both inside and outside, many tables and very close together. Super abundant dishes and more than fair prices, perhaps a little expensive for the cover charge (2.00 euros per person and if you take a first course they don't even bring the cheese but it is put directly by them), half a liter of water 2.00 euros, normal food quality. Kind and friendly staff.
