A rustic atmosphere for a very interesting pizza, even for those who don't like Neapolitan pizza. The variety of flavors makes it a good place to try new things. The quality of the dough is evident, but the prices are certainly a bit high (the minimum is €11), and there are three Margherita options. Be prepared to read a very varied menu, which makes it very difficult to decide in five minutes.

Truly delicious pizzas! You can taste the ingredients right away: top-quality and beautifully paired. The pizza is Neapolitan-style, but not chewy as it often is; on the contrary, it has a slightly thick base and a light dough with super-balanced flavors.
The only flaw: the prices are a bit high. A Margherita is €7, plus €0.50 for the takeout box, and the American pizza (Margherita with spicy salami) is €10.50 plus the box surcharge.
When I asked for fries, they explained they don't stock them, not even in the oven: a sign that this is a place that focuses on more sophisticated combinations and select ingredients, not the usual
"fast food additions."
Overall, a perfect place if you want to try gourmet, well-made pizzas—maybe not for every night, but certainly for a quality dinner.

Despite the rather limited menu, the pizza was delicious. The restaurant was welcoming, with professional, friendly staff.
This pizzeria was recommended to me, and I can only say thank you. It was a great experience! Not your typical Neapolitan one. I really applaud them.

The pizza is delicious—that's true, but the service is incredibly terrible. Because of this, it seems that even the taste of the pizza is ruined.

I finally stumbled upon Pizzeria Alla Lampara, a place I'd noticed several times while driving past, but on the recommendation of some trusted friends, I decided to try it for the first time.
I must say it immediately stands out from the usual options around. Even though I'm a self-confessed lover of Neapolitan tradition, Lampara's pizza surprised and won me over.
The restaurant's philosophy is clear: quality ingredients, many of which are from the Slow Food network, and a menu that alternates bold combinations with reinterpretations of the most classic dishes. All the pizzas I've tasted have been original, well-thought out, and expertly crafted. The result is a balance of flavors that never slumps into excess.
One detail I really appreciated is the pizza base: not overly salty, thus less "overpowering," but extremely light and digestible. A choice that demonstrates attention to both flavor balance and post-dinner well-being.
In short, Alla Lampara is a pizzeria that transcends the ordinary: cuisine that dares without overdoing it, with a strong and recognizable identity. I recommend it without hesitation, especially to those who think nothing beats Neapolitan pizza.

It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars. The pizza is phenomenal, light, and truly delicious. They offer unique yet perfectly balanced combinations. It's the only pizza in Udine I'm always happy to eat.

Excellent pizza, very digestible and not very salty. Try the Italian beers and Coca-Cola.
