Aperitivo with excellent pizza, a great location, and very polite staff. I recommend it; I can only give it 5 stars, otherwise I would have given it 10.

01/07/2026: Quality food and very friendly staff. Based on what I ate, I'd also say the prices are very fair. If you're passing through, this place is definitely worth a detour.

05/09/2025: A Tagliacozzo tradition is to eat pizza at Maurizio's.
05/07/2025: It's strange to find traditional Roman pizza in Tagliacozzo but that's how it is. The first time we stopped by chance just before closing and it seemed like a "normal" place. We returned a few days later and the line filled the sidewalk! I don't like queuing (under the sun) but it was worth it and that's all I have to say. Only white, red and potato pizza. Few things but done well.
