A historic pizzeria, among the longest-running in Perugia. A welcoming, yet not overly modern, 1990s-style restaurant with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Excellent customer service. Plenty of space in the two rooms on the basement level: be careful if you have mobility issues, as there are stairs to climb. Thin and crispy pizza, well-cooked and well-seasoned. The fried appetizers are well-executed, and the crostini are delicious. Good selection of wine and beer. Plenty of parking outside, even though the area is very busy and there are many cars. Conclusion: the years pass, but Aix remains a reliable place! Well done.
