Pizzeria Ai Marmi In Roma

A unique location and authentic atmosphere: from the first sight, you get the feeling of being in a pizzeria with an old-fashioned feel. The marble tables are the restaurant's hallmark (hence the name). The backlit interior signs (a bit retro, reminiscent of the '70s) contribute to a slightly nostalgic atmosphere. The atmosphere is "spartan": tables close together, limited space, constant chatter... in short, Roman style without frills. The appetizers (fried pasta and supplì) are super crispy. The pizza: yes, good (thin, light, and crunchy, just what I wanted). However, being so thin, if you eat it outside, it tends to get cold quickly (perhaps for this very reason, it didn't leave me with a great memory! But it's fine for a "pleasant and easy" dinner). The service, despite the crowd, is quick and efficient (Thanks Liridon!!). In short: if you're looking for a pizzeria with an authentic Roman feel that focuses on pizza "as it used to be made," Ai Marmi is perfect.

This pizzeria convinced me that Brexit was a bad idea, I would openly welcome this family to live in the uk to open just one of their pizzerias( but thanks to Farage I can’t) one million out of ten must try- minus our basic choices too many beers before. From a man who did vote remain

The food is excellent and the price is right. I definitely recommend it.

First of all, the place is so beautiful with all the original features, it really is like a time capsule! Not only the looks, but the food too! Really old fashioned in the best ever way!!! Delicious pizza, great variety of Roman dishes, I need to go more and more and more to try it all, and I cannot wait!!! Try it out!!!

The place was quite good. The pizzas were tasty, although the pepperoni on the Diavola wasn't spicy at all; however, we devoured the Margherita. The place is very nice and has a traditional feel (which we loved). We had dinner on the terrace in the evening, and because it got so crowded, we felt like we lost a bit of the warmth of the heater, which is so welcome in December. The waiter's service was excellent.

The food is very good; the appetizer, pizza, and dessert were all excellent! The place is very authentic but not cozy! Despite the high noise level, it was surprisingly easy to have a conversation! The service was a bit brusque but still friendly—hard to explain! I would definitely visit this restaurant again; the prices are fair.
