26/04/2025: An exceptional sensory journey Our dinner in this Michelin-starred restaurant was a truly enchanted break. The chef displays impressive creativity, sublimating each product into compositions of great precision. The presentation of the plates, imbued with poetry and delicacy, is a delight for the eyes even before astonishing the palate. The service, attentive and professional, was able to make the experience even more pleasant thanks to a presentation of the dishes in French, while remaining warm and accessible. At the end of the meal, the visit to the historic cellars and the meeting with the chef brought a human and authentic dimension to this unique experience. As a final gourmet nod, we had the pleasure of tasting a homemade foamy ice cream, offered by the chef: a real sweet caress to end this culinary journey. This restaurant, awarded a Michelin star, delivers such mastery and emotion that a second star would be well deserved. An exceptional place that every gastronomy lover should discover.
