The pizza is good but I have a significant point to make about the service: if I ask the waiter three times if the tiramisu is the traditional version you cannot serve me a revisited version without knowing what you serve

Delicious pizza, wide choice and quality products. Excellent service, I give 4 stars for the atmosphere only because the environment is a bit noisy. Absolutely recommend!

I went to 5 Impasti for dinner
And I recommend this place to you because the pizza is really delicious for those who like it low and crispy and the crust is also nice and crunchy.
And for dessert, I opted for a Vegan Pistachio Cheesecake, very good!
P.S. I got myself a Truffled Pizza (San Marzano Tomato, Fior di latte, Pancetta Piacentina DOP, Truffle Cream, Truffle Burrata, Chopped Hazelnuts and Truffle)

38 euros 2 pizzas and 2 medium beers.
Very good ingredients, the dough, the charcoal one we took, was a little hard.
The oven is electric but excellent cooking.
There is also an outdoor area in a cloister.
The internal room was a little noisy.
No wi-fi
Nice and kind staff.

The best and lightest pizza in Livorno. With my partner we often come to 5 Impasti, every time it is always a triumph of flavors and several times we have tried the pizza of the month. Highly recommended, friendly and kind staff, Fabio and Elisa are really good guys always ready to offer a smile and delight us with their dishes.

Extremely tasty pizza and very good service with a classic Italian smile and very good English spoken. They have five different types of dough (hence the name) which we forgot about and ordered the normal pizza dough but it was extremely good, anyway. All in all, it was an excellent pizzeria experience. Grazie!

Sometimes you wait a little longer than normal but when the pizza arrives and you eat it you forget everything...really very good in all its variations. Well done
