We experienced fantastic pizza here at Pizzeria5Impasti in downtown Livorno – by far the best we had during our stay in Italy. The ambiance was pleasant and charming: tastefully decorated inside, with outdoor seating available – we sat inside and felt completely at home. What makes this restaurant special is its clear specialization: They only serve pizza, but the selection is all the more extensive for it. Various types of dough – from classic to multigrain, turmeric, and even activated charcoal – allow for a completely individual taste experience. The pizzas surprised us with a perfectly balanced dough: crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside, intensely flavorful, and with clearly noticeable high-quality ingredients. Simply a delight for all the senses – a visual feast for the eyes, with outstanding flavor. Everyone was thrilled: Everyone ate their pizza completely, "down to the last crumb." To top it all off, we treated ourselves to a lava cake – spectacularly good: barely touched, the melted chocolate flowed out like lava, mildly hot – a sweet finale that perfectly complemented the pizza. The service and value for money were also excellent: friendly, attentive, and very fair. No overpriced water-based drinks, but authentically reasonable prices – which we, as vacationers, particularly appreciate. In conclusion: For us, this was an absolute highlight in Livorno – a stylish, creative pizzeria with excellent pizza, a charming ambiance, friendly service, and a fair price. Unreserved five stars – we'll definitely be back!

This was our first time at this pizzeria and we were immediately thrilled! The pizzas are excellent and freshly prepared, the service is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. We are already eager to return!

Very pleasant service and super good pizzas, interesting because you can choose several different doughs, or even add extras to your choice. Missing pear on the Williams but it's still excellent!

My girlfriend and I ate here, and we're both vegan. They have vegan mozzarella and a variety of pasta options, which is pretty exciting. It was also very nice that they used the vegan Parmesan we brought with us. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening with great food and fair prices! Thanks :)

Il mondo è pieno di tristoni ed infelici che scrivono recensioni che esprimo in realtà ciò che sono loro stessi e non la qualità di un servizio o di un’attività. Noi(siamo una coppia)quando vogliamo mangiare una pizza veramente buona, facciamo dei km partendo da Pisa,per gustare le pizze di qualità di questo locale che ha anche un servizio molto efficiente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff composto da persone giovani e molto educate. Non capita spesso che una volta pagato il conto,ti salutino tutti(compreso i pizzaioli) Consigliatissimo
