Pizzeria 2000 In Prato

I hadn't been back in a long time. For my very personal tastes it is the best rectangular pizza by the slice between Prato and Florence. They are young and very kind. It's a pleasure to eat pizza. They make it slightly crunchy under the base, making it special (I love mushroom quiche). Humane prices and not like those going today

The pizza is good, the owners are very kind and helpful. Excellent for a snack to eat on the spot, or to take home for dinner when you don't feel like cooking.
