I visited I Due Forni pizzeria, and overall, the experience was average. The pizza is tasty, the place is simple, and the service is decent, but nothing really leaves a lasting impression. I'd like to highlight one important aspect, however: the dough described as "Neapolitan" doesn't reflect the authentic style at all. In fact, it's very thick, making the pizza heavy and indistinguishable from other non-Neapolitan styles. More than a traditional dough, it seems like an adapted version that ends up being a bit of a mockery for those who truly understand Neapolitan pizza. In short, I Due Forni is a pizzeria that does its job, suitable for a casual dinner, but it's not a memorable choice—especially if you're looking for a true Neapolitan-style pizza.

After years of sampling pizza throughout northern Bologna, all the way to Ferrara, I can confidently say it's the best pizza, and it's reasonably priced. The guys are friendly and quick.
