Their true specialty is their artisanal panzerotti, freshly prepared with a fragrant dough and quality ingredients. The selection of flavors is original and delicious: from Bronte with pistachio and mortadella to Nostrano with tomato, mozzarella, and capocollo; then there's the rich and flavorful Cacio e Pepe, and a bolder version with capers and anchovies. Each panzerotto is well-filled and cooked to perfection, ideal for a different kind of dinner, with bold and authentic flavors.
