Amazing pizza by the shovel!! The dough is truly exceptional and the filling ingredients excellent and in abundance. We were pleasantly surprised by this little place that wasn't inspiring from the outside, but the very kind service and the pizza won us over. If there were some "mushrooms" to warm up near the tables in this season it would be even better, but it's worth suffering the cold a little.

The people of Bologna have been able to expertly combine History, Food and Environment. Well done!

Great place to get pizza. They don't have a menu but they make what you need. Real artists!! I asked for vegan pizza for 2 adults and a kid, so they made me 4 different ones with what we liked and specifically what the kid liked. It was so tasty! Amazing. I drank a nice amber beer on the terrace, watching the beach volleyball while waiting for the pizza. Highly recommended.

For those who like their pizza a little thinner, this is in my opinion very good. The idea of ​​a cutting board to share with many different flavors at the pizza chef's discretion is also nice.

The pinsa is very good and well seasoned. Informal and quiet environment, friendly staff.

Prices a little high, but very good pizza, crunchy on the palate, you can indicate what you don't want, then they decide. It's worth it.

The pizza by the shovel is really delicious... but it's a shame that it took a long time even during the week to be managed in a very bad way, an hour in line to order and more than half an hour to wait for the pizza
