Very good pizza, the dough crunches excellent and not even in Rome have I eaten it so good, I highly recommend it, discovered it a few months ago, I returned with friends who liked it.

The pizza is really good! Congratulations to Cheff!!! All quality ingredients! Even the raw ham set aside (certainly with the right weight and of maximum quality). Very satisfied, I recommend.!!

This pizza is excellent and the owner is very nice and generous. My wife and I went to find him while on vacation and he wouldn’t let us pay. He must have been surprised that two yanks showed up and knew about his famous pizza award!

29/03/2025: L’ultima volta eravamo stati qui ad ottobre. Siamo tornati a Marzo e abbiamo notato dei cambiamenti nell’impasto. Pasta un po’ più dura, difficile anche da tagliare. Avranno cambiato il pizzaiolo? Bho… fino a qualche mese fa era una delle migliori… vedremo tra un paio di mesi…

26/03/2025: I like to leave a great review when I find a lot of choice in a bakery and above all kindness and a smile from the person serving the customer (something that I unfortunately don't often find in other bakeries/groceries in Sicily). In this case the lady who served me was very polite and the scaccia was excellent
15/03/2025: It is a historic bakery in Cassibile that has kept the place as the shops were many years ago. Their bakery products are excellent. Furthermore, Easter panettone and colomba cakes deserve every last cent spent: fragrant, simple and good products that surpass even those of well-known pastry shops. The diner deserves: from arancini to "vote vote", to pizzas, to focaccias.
