Friendly staff, excellent pizzas. Room not very large but comfortable. An evening with friends that began with a tasting of "'mpustarella" with mortadella and pistachio cream, then puttanesca pizza in the "rutiello", but I also tasted some escarole and Margherita filling. For dessert, pizza with Nutella and then bitters and coffee. To return.

Last night I had dinner at "La Notizia" and I had the pleasure of observing something that, in our sector, is becoming increasingly rare: an owner who lives the room. Enzo Coccia was not closed in an office or hidden behind the scenes, but between the tables, talking to customers, advising, managing the times and dynamics of the service.
In today's catering world, between intense digitalisation and increasingly rigid protocols, there is a risk of losing that human component that can make the real difference. Don't get us wrong: the waiter must be a professional and the service must work like clockwork. But when the owner puts his face to it, creates a relationship, transmits trust, the customer perceives it, and the perception becomes value. A value which, inevitably, also translates into a higher average batting rate.
Nothing to say about the product, the level is indisputable. But the truth is that you can work with the best San Marzano, you can manage the dough with perfect maturation, but if behind the scenes it has no soul, the final result suffers.

very nice place, few tables, efficient service. We tried the crostone with escarole ( mpustarella)as an appetizer, delicious! we regretted not having taken another. good pizzas, well cooked, with well-balanced ingredients and flavors. you could taste them all. as for the desserts, the chocolate and orange peel one was really good, but the pistachio one was a no-go, we left it on the plate. average prices. it's worth going back! bravi!

Una delle migliori pizze mangiate a Napoli. Impasto leggero e digeribile. Come benvenuto consigliano la mbustarella, squisita. Personale gentile e attento. Posizione locale nei pressi del vomero.
