Super positive experience! Ancient grain dough, superb pizza! The tomato sauce was also good. You can reheat any leftover pizza the next day and it's as good as freshly made! The waitress was kind and very good! My only complaint is that I'd install a dehumidifier in the basement, because as soon as you go downstairs, you can feel a bit heavy and humid, but that's just a minor detail! Well done guys, keep it up! You've gained a new customer! Top! 🔝

It's time to start with a BRAVI!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The pizza was delicious, very digestible and generously topped, and the cecina was exquisite. We loved the place, welcoming and warm. The girl who served us deserves heartfelt compliments, especially for her smile, a very kind and friendly person. We'll be back.

The dough is good, not too salty, very tasty, congratulations :) It's a shame the Grana Padano and Prosciutto Cotton were missing from the build-your-own pizza, so you need to be careful when ordering. Highlighting seasonal summer/winter products is beneficial and a sign of quality. However, it might be helpful to indicate this on the list of ingredients.

I'll start by saying that I'm a fan of authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, so it's a far cry from this one. However, I found both positives and, unfortunately, less-than-favorites:
+ The dough is good; it doesn't stick to your mouth and remains crumbly even after losing temperature.
+ The toppings are generous, some good quality, others barely noticeable, like the truffle cream.
+ The waitress was kind and attentive, yet discreet.
+ The bathroom was clean.
There were also some things I didn't like.
- The dining room on the lower level features a jumble of styles, from ethnic to antique to classic. The flooring clashes with the decor, the garden tables and paper placemats aren't the best, and plastic cups and cutlery are only available upon request.
- Pizza is served pre-sliced on wooden cutting boards, which I don't like because they're difficult to sanitize.
Despite the toppings, it's still a bit bland and tasteless for my taste.
A bit expensive for the price, €40 for two pizzas, a beer, and a cola is borderline.
I gave it 3 stars because you can't give anything less than six.

Super delicious pizza! We had the one with kale (black cabbage), pecorino, and sausage. My husband had a pizza with onion, sausage, and hazelnut. Both were very good. The crust was excellent—nice and thin, crispy, and flavorful. Friendly waitress, nice and cozy place. But the pizzas were the star of the evening!
