Food was great, staff is very friendly and accepting, they let us camp out the night. Awesome place.

A huge thank you to Gaetano and Giovanni, who were there early this morning to call my mom to find her bag intact. Inside the bag, they found my mom's CAF card with her phone number.

All the staff were friendly, including the manager.

Price is about 1.5 to 2 times the US price. No napkins, need to bring your own. Typical MacDonald in Europe. Place is clean. Much better than the sidewalk of Catania.

1) Dispenser for soap at men’s restroom missing, the server told me to go to the women’s bathroom. They didn’t tell anyone so the experience wasn’t pleasant when I had to apologize for my presence there. Don’t understand why I couldn’t use restroom for disabled folks. 2) Forgot to add our sauces. 3) In the drink was swimming some odd debris (personally think that it was from the machine itself = not cleaned properly). Won’t be coming back.

A great place to take a break after visiting Catania's city center, just steps from the Duomo.

A very nice and cozy McDonald's in my opinion. Ordering doesn't take long.

Two stories high, so that was a plus, and you could use the toilet for free without placing an order.
