The room is quite clean, the toilets are a bit worse - there is no garbage bin near the sinks. Food like in any poppy seed shop. Nice service, the gentleman served the coffee himself even though we didn't order pickup to the table.

They clean constantly, it is clean compared to other Mekis, the cleaner is very conscientious. The food is ready quickly and the staff is very nice. You can sit comfortably next to the hamburger, no one will disturb you. Anyone can use the toilet, they don't check to see if you've used it. We were extremely satisfied.

Thanks to an initiative created by the MC, I had the opportunity to see behind the scenes, that is, everything related to cooking, organization and cleaning (needless to tell you that we wore headphones and shoe covers). I could never imagine what's behind a simple sandwich. Very kind and knowledgeable staff explained everything to us, EVEN WHERE EVERYTHING WE EAT COMES FROM. Delighted by a welcome refreshment and a gadget in memory of this day. Beautiful experience. All I have to say is the mc in Piazza Alcalà, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nice service, clean, everything in order

The restaurant is great. But cold fries or cold fries with cheese sauce don't work at all. The burgers and service: "Were okay!"

Once on vacation I have to go to McDonald's Italy, because things are always a little more special here than in the rest of the McWelt. The burger and fries were very good, the highlight as always is the pistachio flury - super good! The store was well stocked when we visited, but made a good impression. The employee Michele in particular was very attentive and looked after me very well, atypical for a fast food restaurant, but very pleasant, thank you very much! The only criticism was that the toilets were very smelly and needed to be cleaned more often. If you can do it next time, then the 5 stars will be there.
