McDonald’s is still McDonald’s and it remains one of the best fast food chains. In fact, the food is always excellent and the staff is always super helpful and in a hurry (I support you and respect you for your work pace). The only problem with this location is the environment: you don’t know whether to go there with a bulletproof vest, with a bodyguard or both. Unfortunately, the kids who frequent it scare people away, including me.

The nastiest McDonalds in Catania. The food is the same as the others, the staff does what they can, but it is bad and sometimes too busy and often dirty. The only positive thing is that it is open 24 hours a day.

The menu is a bit modest compared to the chain's restaurants in other countries. On the plus side, there is a lot of space upstairs and very nice service, especially the gentleman cleaning the tables :)

It seemed rather crowded and dirty, the gentleman next to us seemed to be staying there, probably the target group of people who frequent it are not very attentive to cleanliness and care of the place, the guys who work there are fast and good but it's difficult to work in that messy context
