Expert judgement. Definitely the best takeaway pizzeria within a radius of several kilometres, excellent soft elastic dough, good balanced filling and excellent quality products, precise and punctual delivery. Overall rating 11/15

Trattoria Corto Maltese

05/12/2024: Typical Brescian cuisine, in a typical Brescian "tavern": casoncelli with butter and sage... photonic!!! To satisfy a whim I had a cutlet... huge.. nothing but elephant ears!! Price appropriate to quality and location.
20/11/2024: Corto Maltese is a historic trattoria in Brescia that is absolutely worth a visit. The cuisine is typical of Brescia, prepared with care and passion. The portions are generous: I have never left with an empty stomach! The quality-price ratio is really honest. The staff is a strong point: kind, helpful and friendly, they make you feel at home. It is the perfect place for a dinner with friends, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
