Pizzalonga Away In Ponzano veneto

I came across it by chance, very good pizza and very kind staff

I ordered a half-meter pizza, with two different flavors to choose from. Half a Margherita with sausage was good, the other half was seasonal, labeled "bread pizza" with toppings after baking. Unfortunately, probably because one side was moist and the other wasn't, the latter cooked first, thus becoming a charcoal pizza. So far, I understand that mistakes happen, but this one was topped afterward, so the completely charred part was clearly visible. Unfortunately, I noticed it once I got home. I notified the pizzeria, and the lady who answered was still very kind, offering to remake it, but it was a shame the pizza came out in that condition. Again, MY side was good ;)
