Food was good for its price. The pizza slice I got had a crunchy bottom yet chewy crust. Service was good as well.

Customers for around 30 years.
A place that is always very full, especially during the lunch break, as it is close to both the subway and the polytechnic, where there are many young university students. You need to have a moment of patience to be served.
Staff always friendly, attentive and very quick.
Very good pizzas, light dough, you can have both slices and a whole pizza, there is never a shortage of gastronomy products from meat to vegetables, first courses...always hot because it really is a crazy coming and going.
There are so many leavened products, you're spoiled for choice.
The cost is truly competitive. Obviously per person the price may increase depending on the quantity you take.
Absolutely recommended.

The best pizza in Città Studi! They win for ingredient quality! Yesterday asking if they could make my favorite pizza: courgette flowers and Cantabrian anchovies, they held up a basket full of cleaned courgette flowers! They also have different doughs, I love the charcoal one. During the day they are also open for pizza by the slice, excellent for Polytechnic students! They also do home delivery with various partners. I often stop for an excellent fried panzerotto. Try it and believe it.

I have been going to this pizzeria since December 2022.
I was supposed to review it between the end of March and the beginning of April last year, but I had a series of commitments and "bumps" that made me postpone.
I have practically tried everything in this place: pizzas, calzones, focaccias and treats.
I ate here both on site and takeaway.
But let's go in order.
The pizzas are really good and made following the original Neapolitan recipe with a high crust.
The pizza by the slice is also good.
I also appreciated the mini pizza with tomato and mozzarella.
I also recommend trying the extraordinary calzones prepared according to the original Neapolitan recipe.
Definitely good.
In this pizzeria, there are also fried pizzas.
Good and crunchy.
Let's move on to the focaccias.
If you come at lunchtime, you will be spoiled for choice in this pizzeria and they are truly exceptional.
The Recco-style focaccia stuffed with cheese is also fantastic.
Another specialty of this pizzeria are the panuozzi, in particular I tried the "Romano", which is very good, and I also experienced a good panuozzo off the menu but with a nice combination of ingredients.
Furthermore, in this pizzeria they also make panzerotti and they are really fantastic.
The dough is soft and crunchy at the same time and, as the owners told me, it is fried in peanut oil (not palm oil, fortunately).
There are two flavours: the classic panzerotto with tomato and mozzarella and then the panzerotto with burrata and pistachio.
You can also try some off-menu panzerotti, as I already suggested in an update.
Both are truly magnificent.
Finally, let's talk about the treats.
The French fries and potato croquettes are good, as are the Ascolana olives and the breaded mozzarella.
Equally good are the breaded mozzarella in carrozza (without ham) and the crab claws.
Finally, I also appreciated the arancini which, in this pizzeria, are available in two flavours: with meat sauce or with ham and mozzarella.
Both good.
As I said in an update, the arancini have now been enlarged (previously they were in aperitif format).
That said, the owners and their staff are friendly and helpful.
It is a family of Palermo who manages the pizzeria and does it very well.
Furthermore, it is important to underline that you can also choose combinations that are not on the menu: you can do this if you order live or by phone.
However, the prices of pizzas off the menu are almost similar to those of pizzas on the menu.
Prices are average and service is good.
The pizzeria is located in Via Antonio Bazzini, in the Città Studi area, just after leaving the M2 stop, Piola.
It can also be reached by bus 62.

We passed by by chance, great choice! We took two pizzas, they are very organized because despite the traffic on Saturday evening we didn't have to wait long. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality of products. Super recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
