PizzAgnolo In Firenze

Great pizza spot outside of the hectic centre of Florence but easy walking distance from there! We had a Vegetariana and a Diavola with a mixed salad to share. The dough was beautiful - one of the best we've had in Florence. The cheese, sauce and toppings were all great too and good to see it cooked in the stunning oven!

This place had the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It would be a shame to visit Florence without giving them a visit. Only bad thing is that I’m fearful that I’m never going to be able to enjoy any other pizzas again!

I'm very demanding when it comes to pizza, in fact I have my usual favorite places and I rarely change, but Pizzagnolo amazed me with a rich but not heavy pizza thanks to the skilful leavening of the dough (honestly after an hour I would have already eaten some another one). We took two particular pizzas, mine was the NORMAL OUR WAY with the cornice stuffed with ricotta, tomato sauce, aubergine stracciata, fiordilatte, basil and savory ricotta, a poetry of flavours, and that stuffed cornice was moving! While the other was the AMATRICIANA with tomato sauce, bacon, fiordilatte, red onion, pepper, pecorino and it was DEVASTATING! In short, I fell in love with this pizzeria. The prices are honest especially in relation to the quality of the raw materials used, you will soon see me return to this pizzeria that stole my heart.

Sono venuta qui per mangiarmi la prima pizza del 2024 con la sicurezza che avrei mangiato pizza buona come l'anno prima. Ormai è una certezza venire qui, i camerieri sono simpatici e accoglienti..ci torno sempre ormai si sa!! Stavolta ho preso la Pizzagnolo...bona!!
