Pizza Viola In Roma

While looking for some Christmas gifts at the next-door store, "PotereNerd," we tried the pizzeria on the corner. It was a pleasant discovery! I'll start with the supplí, which I absolutely adore: they didn't have that overly salty flavor typical of pre-fried products, and in fact they're homemade. The pepper ones were also good, with the distinct flavor of the spice. The pizza, crunchy on the base and with just the right amount of toppings, didn't bother my palate. I'm not a particularly refined palate, but often when they use mixes, it burns. In this case, I didn't have any problems, so I'd say the dough was made with water, flour, and yeast, which isn't always a given. The red pizza was superb. What can I say? If you're in the area, it's worth a try.

I ordered a 4-cheese pizza and a Margherita, both really delicious! They arrived hot and in perfect condition. The delivery service was prompt and very convenient. Recommended! 🍕
