Wonderful flavors materialize in dishes that are more than original and out of the ordinary.
Ingredients expertly combined together, denote the immense mastery of Patron Chef Antonello Rinaldi and those who assist him in the creation of the delicious dishes on the menu.
This food and wine pearl deserves to be included in all the guides of Italy and the world, not only for the friendliness of the chef-owner but, above all, for his unique skill in the kitchen.
A wonderful and immensely friendly person, gifted with food and wine knowledge beyond the reach of most chefs today.
Each dish is a demonstration of culinary mastery executed at the highest level.
Flavor, body, delicacy, perfect bond of ingredients, persistence of taste on the palate and in the mouth.
A more than perfect combination of raw materials enhanced even more by an excellent white wine, Falanghina, delicate, deep, smooth on the palate and enveloping.
In the mouth it was delicate and never mushy or overpowering which makes it a perfect host at the opening of fish but also land tastings.
My total admiration and thanks go once again to Antonello for allowing us to sit "in his home" and taste dishes that I would define as perfect in every respect.
Respect for tradition and skilful use of raw materials distinguish Chef Antonello's style.
Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the raw materials which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly calibrated elements.
There are two predominant elements: the preparation technique and the excellent quality raw materials.
The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of knowledge of what the verb "cook" means for an Italian chef.
This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique.
The secondary elements are never placed to cover the main element of the dish but always accompany it, in order to allow the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another.
Definitely generous but never excessive portions, full-bodied but well-balanced flavour, quality ingredients and skill in pairing them together are just some of the characteristics that you can personally see.
Together with them you will find the friendliness and professionalism of all the dining room staff who will make your stay very pleasant.

08/10/2024: We entered in week day, hiding from the rain, didn't know what to expect.
We had fishermans risoto, tiramisu and lemon tartalett for desert.
I must say food was perfect. Risoto, taste of seafood, riso al dente, creamy....
The lemon cake superb!!!!
Tiramisu was also excelent.
Personel were very frendly and informative jet discrete...
Wee will be back again....
