We ate at this pizzeria today, excellent toppings, light dough and most importantly kind and helpful staff

The burgers and sandwiches are fabulous. Top quality.

We had a dry and crispy mixed fry and four sandwiches (there were 4 of us). Mine exceeded my expectations, I thought... a sandwich!... it was really good, there was smoked salmon, philadelphia and a generous pistachio cream, there was also some arugula that I didn't ask to add, really good!... the place was very simple but clean, we were served in due time without long waits!

Delicious pizza and excellent fries. Plenty of seating. Parking right next door. The location is very rustic, but it even has a toilet and sink. A hidden gem for great pizza.

Let's start with the "flaws," even though this is a deliberate choice by the owners, from what I understand: - Reservations are not accepted, so the first-come, first-served table is served. - There is no table service; you decide what to order, go to the truck to tell it, wait for a beep with a device assigned to you when you've taken your table, or you're called by voice/loudspeaker, then return to the truck to take your order once it's ready, bring it to your table to eat, and, once you're finished, throw everything in the designated bins. - Given the almost total lack of service, the prices could be a bit more reasonable. Let's move on to the pros: - The long/very long (depending on the day) wait is more than made up for by the food, which is very good and made with medium/high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere, despite being in a small open space adjacent to the fully equipped food truck, is essentially "quiet," despite the crowds, meaning the customers aren't bothersome. Essentially, it's a do-it-yourself establishment that may or may not appeal to its customers due to its "policy." I personally don't find it entirely out of place; it's even acceptable. My only advice is to pay more attention to the price list.

The pizzas, sandwiches, and fries are all very good and the ingredients are fresh! I go back often.

Fast service and delicious pizza. The quality far surpasses what you might call fancy pizzerias. Pizza truck is a simple place that shows that substance matters more than appearance.
