A very large, crowded, and unfortunately noisy place. Good and attentive service. Average pizzas. Reasonable price.

I've been to this place twice, excellent pizza and appetizers.

I visited this pizzeria on Saturday and I really want to extend my sincerest compliments to the entire staff. The service was incredibly fast, with waiters always available, kind, and smiling. The appetizers were plentiful and excellent quality. The pizzas were delicious! Soft and light dough, excellent ingredients, and a truly wide selection. A truly positive experience: I will definitely be back and I recommend it without a doubt! 🍕✨

“Overall, an excellent experience at Pizza Lab Napoli: excellent pizzas, fast service, and impeccable organization despite our large group (96 people). Special thanks to waiter Andrea, who was always kind, helpful, and polite throughout the lunch. The only downside was an unpleasant joke from a waitress when, at the end of the meal and after paying, I asked for just one coffee (the others in the group had already had theirs). The comment, which sounded like 'they were annoying me until the end,' seemed out of place and not in keeping with the professionalism demonstrated by the rest of the staff. I immediately reported the incident to waiter Andrea, who once again demonstrated his courtesy. Despite this isolated incident, the quality of the food and the service provided make Pizza Lab Napoli a place that absolutely deserves to be recommended.”

There were two of us, excellent fried food (the frittatine were top notch!), very hearty and tasty pizzas. Everything was perfect, 5 stars. For a water, a Coke, two fried foods, and two special pizzas, and to finish, two bitters. Total €44.50. Good value!

Fast service and excellent pizza

We stopped here before a concert at the PalaPartenope because it's very close, which is definitely a plus. As soon as we got to our table (which was wobbly), we immediately noticed that the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pizza (Margherita) we ordered was, in my opinion, below average; it's easy to find better pizzas, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients used and the dough, which was a bit rubbery and heavy. The price was average.

Short wait times, friendly staff, excellent pizza, and amazing fried foods. Highly recommended!

The pizza is good, with a soft, light crust. Located near the Palapartenope, the multiplex, Edenlandia, and the metro and Cumana stations.
