Shambò is a pizzeria I've been wanting to try for a while because I'd heard so much about it! I'm usually very critical of pizza dough because it often makes me indigestible, makes me feel bloated, and sleeps poorly. I watched the pizzas pass by and knew from the look of it that I wouldn't have any problems here. In fact, the pizza was cooked to perfection, and I didn't even feel thirsty all night!
The atmosphere inside is very welcoming; even from the outside, you'll want to go in because of the well-lit terrace and the greenery all around. In the summer, it's definitely pleasant to sit outside; the street is quite quiet. The place isn't big, but the tables are well-spaced. And everything is very clean and tidy.
Raji is the owner, a handsome Indian guy who works in the kitchen but often comes out to check on everything. He's always smiling, and even though we were the last customers and the place was closing, he asked if he could offer us some Nutella pizza... which, of course, they didn't refuse!
Excellent service.
Delicious food.
Romantic atmosphere.

Fantastic pizza!! The crust is light and crispy, cooked to perfection! Truly delicious flavor combinations. I had the pizza bomb with spicy salami, sausage, mozzarella, gorgonzola, 'nduja, and mushrooms!! Despite all these toppings, the pizza was surprisingly light. Congratulations 👏🏻

It was great to come across this restaurant in the second half of my European trip! The food was delicious and reasonably priced, so I was very satisfied. I definitely want to go again!
Excellent pizzas made with sourdough starter, small but welcoming atmosphere. I finally found the pizzeria where you can eat delicious gourmet pizzas. The owner is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended, but you must book.

It was close to where I was staying and had good reviews, so I made a reservation.
The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very welcoming. 😄
We ordered two pizzas for two people, and they were delicious!
Unfortunately, the portions were too big for us, so we couldn't finish them all.
When we apologized to the staff for leaving some, they wrapped it up in a to-go bag and gave it to us without a frown!
When we paid, we gave them a folded paper crane I brought from Japan, and they were so happy, I was so happy. 😄
When I return to Milan, I'll definitely visit again and try the tiramisu, which I missed this time. ☺️

What a lovely surprise, Shambò! I've been looking for a place like this for a long time: intimate, welcoming, and with pizzas that warm your heart with their deliciousness. The ingredients are top-quality, the gourmet pizza pairings are absolutely successful and harmonious, and the doughs are flavorful and light. The atmosphere is truly pleasant and warm, vaguely oriental, with soft lighting and Indian-inspired motifs and furnishings. Among the pizzas, don't miss the "Liguria" and the "Primavera Rossa," both absolutely delicious and highly recommended. My only criticism, however, is the service, which could definitely be more attentive and warm. Otherwise, it's fantastic! I can say without hesitation that I've found my new go-to pizzeria.
