I went there a few days ago to eat chicken with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful evening…very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and top prices, still affordable compared to many others, we will definitely be back!!!

Accoglienza splendida, il proprietario ed il suo staff simpaticissimi e molto disponibili. Antipasto buonissimo e abbondante, primi piatti (pasta e risotto) eccellenti. Il pizzaiolo Labik n.1 in simpatia e bravura (pizza eccellente). Infine abbiamo mangiato una splendida TAGLIATA con rucola e pomodorini...SUBLIME, servita su ghisa bollentissima, cotta al punto giusto e troppo buona. Alla fine il titolare Raffaele (un personaggio da conoscere assolutamente) simpaticissimo, ci ha applicato anche lo sconto ed offerto il caffè. Quindi non so cosa aspettate...da provare assolutamente e sicuramente ritornerete, ritornerete e ritornerete... consigliatissimo.

Pizzeria romana

02/08/2025: An institution in Avellino. May they survive and prosper for another thousand years still be invaluable. One of the few places where you can eat something good for just a few euros. Let's hope it stays that way.
10/06/2025: It is part of my childhood memories (80s) with my mother every time we went up to Avellino before taking the bus back home in Piazza Libertà a fixed stop at the Romana pizzeria and by magic everything passed tiredness tantrums disappointment for a purchase not made.... Now after about forty years I take my children there every time I can and the pizza is always the same the same taste "t'ha piego" identical! Memories and not just in a slice of pizza. Always great and always like this!!!!

Gino e la Giraffa

21/07/2025: I had a second course with a side dish, suckling pig with potatoes. The suckling pig, although I thought it was overcooked, was delicious and very tender (the chef explained that if you leave it slightly pink inside, they'll send it back). The baked potatoes were cooked perfectly and a generous portion. Good and fast service, a great experience!
06/04/2025: Locale storico che non avevo mai avuto il piacere di provare. Mi è stato consigliato da un'amica e lo provo con piacere. L'esperienza è stata davvero unica,posto molto tranquillo,curato e con un'atmosfera romantica. La cena è stata straordinaria,una vera esperienza di sapori particolari e proposte nuove. Sono rimasto davvero molto colpito. Personale di servizio cordiale e attento,per non parlare di Ada che è una vera professionista. Consigliatissimo,tappa obbligatoria nell'eccellenza di Avellino.
