The pizza is good, average, with decent ingredients and well-cooked. The service, however, needs work: it's inflexible and delivery times aren't always respected. Delivering earlier than the agreed-upon time may seem like a plus, but it's not always appreciated. Something (or someone) would deserve 4 stars, but with more attentive and organized service, the result would be decidedly better. Better.
