17/08/2024: A small pearl with a breathtaking view, but it's a shame that it's overpriced due to the small portions! The restaurant, with a few tables and a splendid panoramic view of the mountains, is a small gem in the Sestriere area and surrounding areas. The cuisine offered is traditional, but revisited in a modern key, with a truly interesting menu and a practically infinite wine list. Even though we are not big drinkers, we appreciated the wide selection. The dishes are well cooked and presented with care, but I found the portions decidedly small. I would suggest being a little more generous, especially considering the prices, which otherwise are oversized compared to what is offered. For me the portions were already limited, and I imagine that for a man they might be insufficient. For example, the gnocchi were really a small portion (little more than a handful) as was the second course of meat, the kid crepinette which was the size of a larger meatball (see attached photo). I think it wouldn't cost much to offer slightly larger portions. Other than that, overall I rate it positively. the environment is refined, the atmosphere elegant and relaxed. Very pleasant. The staff were courteous and attentive to service.
