Very tasty pizza. Outdated opening hours on the website without specifying what time the kitchen opens. Overall very good, it's a pity that the air conditioning can't cope with the heat.

Average pizza for Calderara. I'm not crazy about the dough, no crunchiness in the crust. In my opinion the ingredients are normal, which is positive for a quick pizza without infamy and without praise.

I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. WHEN YOU GO OUT TO DINNER YOU DO IT TO BE ON TELAX IN COMPANY. The pizza was very good, the place was nice, but we waited an hour and a half for the pizza and they gave us half an hour to eat. They practically kicked us out.

26/01/2025: Ristorante molto interessante del circondario budriese che unisce piatti della tradizione locale e della cucina romana. Io con grande soddisfazione mi sono buttato su questi ultimi dove ho scoperto una mano molto felice in cucina. Assolutamente da provare senza pregiudizi legati a passate gestioni. Bavi
25/01/2025: Typical provincial trattoria, comfortable and pleasant environment. Excellent food quality, friendly staff but disorganized service, the organization needs to be reviewed in its entirety. 30 minutes to get the menu, received water (hot) and wine when the side dishes had already arrived....main courses arrived at different times. Positive note....we received a discount on the bill. We'll be back to put them to the test again.

18/12/2024: Very friendly and helpful staff
29/10/2024: Large and simple room. Really good pizza, well leavened and stuffed. I ordered a plate of spaghetti with clams and was served with more than half of the clams closed and obviously inedible. I think it is useless to point out that closed clams or mussels leave some doubts about their freshness.
