The stuffed pizza is the reason why you have to come to this place, trying not to get nervous about the attitude of the person behind the cash register, the example of how not to treat a customer. This does not overshadow the kindness and helpfulness of the people behind the counter. The pizza is made on the spot and the ingredients are excellent, the price a little less. Recommended

One of the best pizzerias in Rome. Traditional Roman pizza, low and crunchy. Red mushrooms, potatoes, simple red, white and white courgettes very good. Very recommended. Sometimes you may find too many people in line. Friendly and fast staff. Absolutely worth trying for "non-Romans".

Essendo arrivata di sera a Roma per lavoro, non avevo molta voglia di uscire a cena da sola ed essendo il locale vicino all'albergo, sulla scia dei giudizi positivi, ho deciso di comprare un po' di assaggi da asporto e mangiare in hotel. Non posso dire altro che ECCEZIONALE! Ottima qualità delle materie prime, prezzi assolutamente competitivi e giusta varietà del menù. La vera chicca è la mozzarella messa all'ultimo, prima di ripassare la pizza al trancio in forno per saldarla. Mi ripeto: ECCEZIONALE!

Pizza Luigi offre senza ombra di dubbio la miglior pizza di tutta Roma e non solo. Credo di essere diventato dipendente dalla loro marinara al taglio, veramente una delizia. Le due chicche che rendono questa Pizzeria la migliore sono: 1) Il laboratorio/cucina e’ a vista ed e’ uno spettacolo da vedere; 2) La mozzarella viene messa a crudo e scaldata solo al momento dell’acquisto. Una cosa semplice e banale ma che rende la loro pizza su un altro universo!

14/02/2025: A special place to eat excellent dishes with great attention to raw materials and presentation. Nice environment also with small veranda overlooking the castle. Tonight is Valentine's Day and there isn't the usual fixed menu. À la carte and a super table 👌❤️

28/02/2025: We arrived around 9:30 p.m. without reservation on a Thursday. We were seated in a pleasant table in a very Italian atmosphere and with few tourists. The dishes were of very good quality washed down with proseco. The meloncello offered at the end of the meal concluded a successful evening. With experienced and very professional staff. We recommend to lovers of good Italian food. For a hundred euros for two.
