Pizza Lampo In Agrigento

A small, simple self-service restaurant with everything you need for a pleasant meal. A few tables on the terrace and inside. The focaccias were generously portioned and delicious. Excellent value for money, friendly atmosphere.

At some small tables on the street, in the cool Agrigento evening, we ate some very good pizzas and focaccias, the mortadella and pistachio one is highly recommended. We were served by Ettore, the owner, a very friendly young man!

The place is just a few minutes' walk from the main street, Via Atena, and I think it's an absolute must-visit in Agrigento if you want to eat somewhere atmospheric. There's a great family atmosphere, everyone is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. I tried the truffle pizza and fried olives. It was fantastic. I also recommend the Mix Dolcezza (but you have to be really hungry, or in a group of 2-3 people). It's probably the restaurant's signature sweet dish—I've never had anything like it, and I know I'll remember it for the rest of my life. I'm not posting photos on purpose; I recommend ordering it and being as shocked as I was.

These two guys are so friendly and welcoming, allowing you to unwind. Delicious pizzas... Highly recommended! Definitely worth a visit if you want to enjoy a pizza with a cold beer in a relaxed atmosphere in the historic center of Agrigento!
