28/12/2024: La mia ragazza mi dice, vuoi la pizzetta da forte? Ok andiamo. Praticamente questa genio, fa delle pizze piccoline, tipo catarì, solo di due tipi. O acciughe o col prosciutto. Vabbè l'impasto buonissimo, come anche i semplici ingredienti. Ma la spettacolarità è che ne sforna 4/5 alla volta in queste mini telie, e non aspetti più di 5 minuti. Poi la pressi è prenderla, chiuderla a portafoglio e mangiarla. Davvero buona è soprattutto.... Economica. Costo 2 Euro

I had the pleasure of trying this pan pizza place during my visit to Sicily, and I have to say it was one of the most memorable gastronomic experiences of my trip! Each slice is a concentrate of tradition and quality: from the soft and well-leavened dough, to the rich and tasty fillings, you can perceive all the care taken in the choice of ingredients.
The variety of flavors offered is incredible, and each pan tells a different, but always deeply Sicilian, story. As a tourist, it was like tasting a piece of Sicily in every bite. Furthermore, the staff was kind and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant.
I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who wants to discover the authentic soul of Sicilian cuisine, even in a simple but extraordinary slice of pizza!
