Se pago +3 euro per un'aggiunta di scaglie di grana, penso che il grana si dovrebbe almeno percepire lontanamente al palato

ordine consegnato in orario. Pizza calda e di ottima qualità. unico appunto.. avevo ordinato una ortolana e una vegetariana che hanno ingredienti simili ma con delle differenze sostanziali... purtroppo mi sono arrivate due pizze identiche! per il resto penso che riordineremo in futuro.

With the minutes numbered, we looked for a pizzeria open in the evening near our friends' house, after we had recently left work. From the photos the pizza was very inviting and so we decided to stop here, at Pizza in Piazza. The gentlemen were so kind to prepare for us, expressly, a very good “Umbra” pinsa in less than 6 minutes. They were fast, understanding (I had made them a little nervous given the limited time) and the food was EXCELLENT. Soft but crunchy dough at the right point, well-balanced seasonings and a delicious flavour. We made a pleasant discovery. When we are in the area again we will be happy to stop for dinner in the recently renovated restaurant. Well done, congratulations!

What can I say, it would be enough to look at the photos to understand that if you come here you can be sure of having made the right choice.... Photos aside, I ate there 4 times in the space of a week, given that I was staying nearby, and always left very satisfied! The pinsa is fantastic and the classic pizza also holds up well.

I have had pizza or pinsa from them several times, always exceptional! Furthermore, for going to get the pizza for us, the (I think) owner gave us a 66 beer as a gift! Highly recommended!!
