Pizza in Forno In Bologna

The pizza is very good, a cross between a thick-crust Neapolitan pizza and thinner versions. Its great advantage is its digestibility, a sign of a perfectly made dough. The pizza doesn't get rubbery or stretchy as it cools, which is another plus. The prices are fair for the quality of the product.

It is the last of a series of dinners and lunches at Farina. We decide to leave a review. We arrive early on a Saturday evening and, even though we had not booked, Matteo and the others do their best to find us the most suitable and congenial accommodation. You can breathe so much kindness, courtesy, joy and professionalism. You can eat both inside the pizzeria and outside. For the whole evening we are literally tempted by the taste and pampered by the Roman taste! We will definitely be back!
